Job summary

Kimmel & Associates in Cincinnati seeks a Senior Project Executive to lead strategic direction and oversee complex construction programs. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role blends executive oversight with hands-on project leadership to drive performance across large-scale initiatives.

You will mentor rising leaders, manage client relationships, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive construction experience with leadership of large, complex projects or business units.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational performance at a business unit level.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong expertise in risk management, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management and business development.
• Executive presence with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to travel to project sites, client offices, and industry events as needed.
