Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 15–20+ years of progressive construction management and business leadership experience.
• Experience managing a $250M+ book of business or comparable scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams and ensure the right people in the right roles.
• Recruit, retain, coach, and develop construction and business-development talent.
• Establish succession plans and develop the next generation of leaders.
• Maintain accountability for safety, financial performance, client satisfaction, and engagement.
