You will coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, publication-ready content. The candidate should have 10+ years in architecture or engineering, strong editing experience, and

Qualifications

• 10+ years in architecture or engineering with building construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years editing or writing specification sections.
• Familiar with MasterFormat and Uniformat; Specpoint knowledge a plus.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and manage consultants.

Responsibilities

• Update and create specification content by researching sources such as product literature, codes, and manufacturer publications.
• Guide external consultants, define scope, and shepherd content to publication.
• Evaluate products for inclusion based on technical knowledge and standards.
• Collaborate on Specpoint platform enhancements and respond to customer questions.
• Adhere to CSI writing standards and participate in reviews.
• Present materials and write thought leadership pieces related to specification subjects.
• Perform other duties as required.
