FlatironDragados seeks an experienced site supervisor to oversee civil/structural work on our Hawaii project. You will direct daily field activities, manage crews, coordinate equipment, labor, and materials, and ensure safety compliance and on-time delivery of milestones.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in civil, structures, or heavy roadways with bridges experience; strong reading/writing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certificate in construction preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ civil/structures/heavy roadways experience.
• Structures and bridges construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Directly supervises employees on site.
• Coordinate site equipment, labor, and material flow with Office Engineer.
• Coordinate with PM to meet schedule, cost, and production.
• Plan with supervisory personnel and subcontractors to prevent delays.
• Procure tools and materials to match work schedules.
• Resolve construction problems with engineers and inspectors.
• Inspect ongoing work for quality and adherence to schedule.
• Prepare progress reports and adjust schedules.
• Lead maintenance or reconditioning projects.
• Attend coordination and production meetings.
• Cost control and minimize unexpected costs.
• Perform other duties as required.
