Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8+ years in heavy civil construction.
• Minimum 5+ years in construction management.
• Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) certification preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Knowledge of local union or prevailing wage rules, if applicable.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret standards and contract plans.
• Ability to work with mathematical concepts and apply fractions, percentages, ratios.

• Plan work methods, materials, equipment needs and work schedule.
• Review project specs to support job setup and coordinate with crews and utilities.
• Coordinate with equipment teams and vendors to meet budget and schedule.
• Forecast schedules and provide mitigation recommendations.
• Provide input to resolve project risks including methods and safety.
• Support adherence to safety and process controls and identify training needs.
• Supervise subcontractor production and adjust schedules as needed.
