Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site execution, ensure safety and quality, and drive project scheduling from start to finish.

You will supervise subcontractors, maintain logs, and coordinate with the project team to align with client expectations and project milestones. The role requires 5+ years of commercial construction experience, a four-year degree preferred, and strong knowledge of ProCore, BlueBeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction, engineering, or business strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including with a general contractor.
• Tenant renovations, service work, and work in occupied spaces are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site workflow and ensure alignment with project schedule and safety standards.
• Maintain daily logs and manage punch list/closeout with owner/architect acceptance.
• Coordinate with project manager to formulate schedule and allocate resources.
