Job summary

Holland Partner Group is seeking a Site Superintendent II to lead on-site construction activities in Seattle, ensuring quality, safety, schedule adherence, and budget control across assigned areas. You will coordinate with the project team, manage subcontractors, and monitor progress to meet project milestones.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred), four years of construction experience, and the ability to read plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Four years’ construction related experience required; subcontractor foreman preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple construction phases on site as directed by supervisor.
• Schedule work activities of crews and subcontractors to execute the plan.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and OSHA requirements met.
• Review drawings, specifications, and quality assurance programs for constructability.
• Maintain field records (daily/weekly reports, safety reports, test results).
• Develop productive relationships with team, company personnel, and subcontractors.
