Holland Partner Group seeks an Associate Project Manager II to support design and construction efforts at a Seattle project. The role reports to the project manager and collaborates with the on-site team to meet schedule, budget, and safety goals.

Formación

• Minimum three years’ full-time construction industry experience.
• Design-Build and on-site project experience preferred.
• Professional engineering or architectural registration preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the project team from design through project closeout, ensuring alignment with budget and schedule.
• Oversee multiple trades, manage bidding, subcontracts, change orders, and RFI process.
• Assist in preparing estimates and review construction documents for constructability.
• Draft specifications and support design, construction, and close-out activities.
• Coordinate schedules, cost projections, and safety compliance on site.
