Leoforce seeks a Permanent Senior Superintendent to oversee daily construction-site operations, ensuring timely, on-budget, high-quality project delivery. You will lead on-site teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with architects and engineers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction management, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering large-scale projects on plan and on budget. Salary ranges from $140k to $160k per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a construction management role, senior superintendent preferred.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and PM principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Clear problem-solving and decisive decision-making abilities.
• Proficient with construction management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle from pre-construction to completion.
• Ensure operations align with design, budget, and schedule.
• Lead on-site construction team, including subs and laborers.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other pros on specs.
• Maintain safety procedures for a safe, healthy site.
• Conduct regular site inspections of workmanship and materials.
• Resolve issues or disputes promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
