Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Superintendent with extensive commercial construction experience to oversee large-scale projects in the Washington, DC area. You will lead multiple project teams, drive safety, quality, and schedule performance, and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of field experience, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent overseeing large-scale commercial projects.
• Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means, methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project scheduling and construction management software.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience mentoring and developing Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to field teams and supervise Superintendents.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance across projects.
