Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent.14+ years of related experience if no degree.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, clients, and vendors.
• Experience in field construction projects and understanding of OSR/OSIP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct field construction activities for projects up to $50M.
• Coordinate construction craftsmen and manage contractors/subcontractors in assigned area.
• Control project schedule and cost through efficient use of resources (labor, materials, tools, equipment).
• Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to safety standards on site.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, schedules and budgets.
