Job summary

CP Engineers is seeking an experienced Construction Services Project Manager to support our growing Construction Services Group. This role oversees active construction projects, coordinates field operations, and maintains strong client communication.

Office-based with limited remote flexibility based on project needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong construction management and operational leadership with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining schedule accountability and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management or related roles.
• Experience managing complex projects with contractor oversight, scheduling, budgeting, QA/QC, and client comms.
• Strong understanding of administration, project controls, field documentation, workflows, and sequencing.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams across multiple projects.
• Experience with Ajera, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with public infrastructure, utilities, municipal, commercial, industrial, or federal projects preferred.
• Experience with project financials including budgets, utilization, WIP, A/R and variance tracking preferred.
• PE license and/or CM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction services projects to keep on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate project staff, field inspectors, subcontractors, and stakeholders for efficient execution and QA/QC.
• Monitor project financial performance, staffing allocation, resource utilization, project variance, and profitability.
• Maintain client relationships and support business development through responsive communication and proposals.
• Support staff development, workflows, project controls compliance, and QA/QC procedures.
