Job summary

CSM Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee daily construction activities in commercial spaces. You will lead project planning, scheduling, cost forecasting, and safety compliance while aligning with client objectives.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Construction Services, report to the Senior Construction Manager, and drive documentation and issue resolution across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of CM/PM experience within commercial construction.
• Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
• Proven safety performance and GMP/quality control experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities per company policies.
• Generate and manage project schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Forecast labor costs and manage change orders and T&M tickets.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Construction Services to meet objectives.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain project documentation.
