Balfour Beatty Construction in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a qualified Senior Scheduling Manager to join our team. The role involves assisting Business Development, Preconstruction, Operations, and Legal with the development and finalization of project schedules, and mentoring staff in scheduling practices.

You will participate in site meetings, develop schedule graphs, train personnel, perform Time Impact Analyses, and ensure timely baseline submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Construction Engineering.
• 3-5 years scheduling experience in commercial construction utilizing Primavera P6.
• 1+ years required in Oracle P6 Professional / Optional Client modules version 8.1-15.2, Suretrak or similar scheduling software.
• Able to travel as needed to participate in schedule development, training, and marketing.
• Strong computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets; advanced scheduling software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create conceptual, bidding, and final project schedules for marketing, preconstruction, and operations departments.
• Attend job site meetings and coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, owners.
• Develop standard and custom graphs and charts for site personnel to manage the project.
• Build and maintain a database of activity groups with as-built information.
• Train field and office personnel on scheduling software usage and reporting.
