Job summary

Balfour Beatty US is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Seattle, WA to assist the Project Manager across administrative and technical construction tasks. You will help manage contracts, change orders, submittals, procurement, and project financials while supporting safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates bring a BS in Construction Management or related field and 4–7 years of leadership experience, with OSHA training within six months.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; 4–7 years of leadership on projects preferred
• OSHA training to be completed within the first six months of employment

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to determine resources needed and coordinate with team
• Assist with preconstruction services to prepare and monitor costs
• Support project start-up, scheduling, and responsibility assignments
• Assist in preparing bid packages and subcontract scopes of work
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on site
