Triangle DeCon Services, Inc. seeks a senior construction scheduling professional to lead complex program schedules in Southern California.

You will develop and maintain baseline, master, and detailed schedules, integrating scope, cost, resources, and EVMS practices with industry standards. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of capital construction scheduling experience, a relevant BS/BA, and advanced proficiency in Primavera and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of capital construction scheduling experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management; 4 years may substitute education.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Controls leadership with planning, development, monitoring, and control of program-wide project schedules.
• Develop, maintain, and update baseline, master, and detailed project schedules with scope, relationships, constraints, and calendars.
• Coordinate with cost, estimating, risk, design, and construction teams to align schedule, cost, and program performance.
• Lead schedule QA/QC, analyze critical paths, and perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and delay analysis.
