Job summary

ENGICON CM in Los Angeles is seeking a seasoned Construction Scheduling Lead to plan, monitor, and control capital project schedules, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and milestones. You will develop baseline, master, and detailed schedules, coordinating with cost, risk, design, and construction teams to maintain alignment with budget and objectives.

The role demands 15+ years of scheduling experience and advanced Primavera skills, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• 15+ years of capital construction scheduling experience.
• BS/BA in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management (or 4 extra years of qualifying experience).
• Proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Project; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead schedule planning, development, monitoring and control of program-wide project schedules.
• Coordinate with cost, estimating, risk, design, and construction teams to align schedule with cost and risk.
• Monitor construction progress against baselines; validate progress via reviews and site visits.
• Review contractor schedule submittals for compliance with SOPs, baselines, and critical path methodology.
• Perform schedule QA/QC including critical paths, calendars, float, and data integrity.
• Conduct Time Impact Analysis (TIA) and delay analyses to assess effects on milestones.
• Lead schedule-focused discussions in progress meetings and stakeholder sessions.
• Prepare schedule performance reports highlighting baseline variance and forecast completion.
