Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of recent capital construction scheduling experience.
• BS/BA degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management.
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar processes.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Program Controls leadership with planning, development, monitoring, and control of program-wide project schedules.
• Develop, maintain, and update baseline, master, and detailed project schedules with scope, logic, milestones, and cost information.
• Coordinate with cost, estimating, risk management, program management, design, and college construction teams to align schedule, cost, risk, and performance.
