Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field; additional qualifying experience may substitute education.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling theories/practices.
• Experience with time impact analysis, construction claims and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of project schedules based on defined project execution philosophies.
• Perform contractor schedule reviews for contract conformance and quality assurance.
• Evaluate contract change orders and amendments for impact on budget and schedule.
• Perform time impact analysis of project schedule delays and potential claims.
• Participate in change order negotiations.
• Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
• Identify schedule related problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct site visits for progress reporting.
• Review contractor schedule progress and present findings to management.
• Review and evaluate contractor recovery schedules.
• Perform cost analysis in support of capital projects.
