Job summary

USPRO is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules throughout the lifecycle. You will partner with Project Executives, Managers, Superintendents, and stakeholders to ensure projects are planned, monitored, and delivered on time.

Responsibilities include updating baselines, leading monthly updates, managing Primavera P6 data, tracking milestones and the critical path, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to minimize risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update baseline project schedules with project teams.
• Lead the monthly schedule update process with project teams.
• Manage scheduling data within Primavera P6 and monitor progress against milestones.
• Identify schedule risks and delays and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and contractual reporting deliverables.
