Job summary

PMA is seeking a Senior Scheduler to act as a technical authority on large, complex projects. This role develops advanced schedule strategies, enforces standards, and guides internal and external stakeholders using CPM and Primavera P6.

You will build high‑level schedules, provide monthly updates, create executive dashboards, track KPIs, and mentor junior schedulers while promoting PMA scheduling best practices across accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in scheduling/project controls.
• Expertise in CPM scheduling, Primavera P6, and schedule forensics.
• Strong knowledge of construction lifecycles and project workflows.
• Leadership in managing schedule strategy and client relationships.
• Excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead on technical and strategic matters.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex project schedules independently using Primavera P6.
• Lead schedule development for large capital programs or multi‑project portfolios.
• Perform high‑level progress updates, forecasting, and earned value analysis.
• Analyze schedule variances, identify root causes, and provide mitigation strategies.
• Lead review and quality control of schedule submittals across multiple projects.
• Create executive‑level schedule reports, dashboards, and narratives.
• Mentor junior schedulers and promote scheduling best practices.
