Job summary

PMA Consultants is seeking a Senior Scheduler to lead scheduling on large, complex projects. The role requires deep CPM expertise, Primavera P6, and the ability to defend schedule logic while guiding stakeholders.

You will develop advanced schedule strategies, provide monthly updates and executive dashboards, mentor junior schedulers, and drive forensics and delay analysis to improve project outcomes across accounts and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in scheduling or project controls.
• Expertise in CPM scheduling, Primavera P6, and schedule forensics.
• Strong knowledge of construction lifecycles and project workflows.
• Proven leadership in managing schedule strategy and client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex project schedules independently using Primavera P6.
• Lead schedule development for large capital programs.
• Oversee integration of contract requirements into baselines.
• Provide monthly updates, executive dashboards, and KPIs.
• Perform delay analysis and forensics as needed.
• Communicate insights to executives and clients.
• Mentor junior schedulers and promote PMA practices.
