Job summary

IAPMO Group is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to support large-scale North American projects. The role focuses on developing, maintaining and analysing project schedules across the full lifecycle, from design through handover.

You will work with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to monitor progress, forecast completion dates and develop recovery plans to keep projects on track. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with PSP/ PMI-SP certifications advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Experience developing and maintaining schedules for large-scale construction, design-build or EPC projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling methods.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Monitor progress, update schedules and identify critical path risks and delays.
• Prepare lookahead schedules, progress reports and recovery plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams and subcontractors to validate progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Forecast completion dates and resource requirements.
• Maintain baseline schedules, change logs and schedule records.
• Support project controls, risk assessments and delay analysis.
• Contribute to improving scheduling processes and best practices.
