Job summary

PMCS Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler to lead program schedules for various construction projects.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of Primavera and MS Office, and the ability to interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to define work scope. You will review contractor baselines, perform critical path and earned value analyses, and participate in schedule negotiations with owners and contractors.

• Understanding of cost engineering, scheduling and schedule forensics.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction projects.
• Reads drawings and understands work scope to ensure proper sequencing.
• Reviews baseline schedules and provides detailed comments for compliance.
• Performs QA/QC on contractor schedules for contract conformance and critical path.
• Performs schedule time impact analyses and negotiates delay settlements.
• Performs CP and Earned Value analysis.
• Monitors site progress and reports to management.
• Communicates schedule issues in status meetings and other Schedule meetings.
• Performs program schedule QA/QC reviews and bi-monthly status updates.
• Ensures data integrity with program-level codes and reports.
• Serves as liaison between project teams and the Program & Project Controls department.
• Prepares reports as directed by Management.
