Responsibilities
Develops and maintains program schedules for various construction projects.
Interprets detailed construction drawings and develops understanding of work scope.
Reviews Contractor's Baseline schedule submissions for accuracy.
Performs QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals.
Conducts schedule negotiations with contractors for delay time settlements.
