PMCS Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler/ Scheduler based in Los Angeles, CA, to develop and maintain complex construction schedules for diverse projects including building, marine, and port work.

The role requires interpreting drawings, performing critical path and earned value analyses, and coordinating with project teams. The candidate should have 8+ years for Senior Scheduler or 5+ years for Construction Scheduler, with a bachelor's degree and proficiency in Primavera and MS Office.

Formación

• 5+ years in Construction Scheduling (Senior: 8+ years)
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management
• Proficiency in Primavera latest version and MS Office Suite
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Ability to independently complete assignments
• Ability to develop and maintain logs
• Ability to interpret contract plans and permits
• Experience on building, marine, or port projects
• Superior organizational and planning skills
• Understanding of cost engineering, scheduling, and schedule forensics

Responsabilidades

• Develops and maintains program schedules with relationships, logic, milestones and constraints.
• Interprets detailed construction drawings to understand work scope.
• Reviews baseline schedules and provides a detailed written schedule review with comments.
• Performs QA/QC on contractor submissions for conformance and schedules analysis.
• Performs schedule Time Impact Analysis for change orders.
• Conducts schedule negotiations with manager and contractor on delays.
• Determines if work is in scope and if extensions have merit.
• Performs Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
• Monitors site progress and reports to upper management.
• Communicates schedule issues in weekly meetings and other sessions.
• Performs program schedule QA/QC reviews and status updates.
• Prepares reports to meet KPIs.
