Job summary

HPM seeks a Senior Schedule Manager to lead schedule development and analysis for large capital projects in the Savannah area. You will establish program schedules, perform delay analyses, monitor risks, and report schedule status to project teams and clients.

The role requires 5–7 years in project controls or management, proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, Power BI, and SmartPM, and a willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Building Science, Accounting or Finance or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of project management or control solutions experience on major projects and programs.
• Proficiency with CPM scheduling tools and project controls software.

Responsibilities

• Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large scale capital projects.
• Provide support to project teams to manage the owner schedule, including setup, analysis and reporting.
• Develop master program schedules and perform detailed construction schedule development as needed.
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks, track milestones, and report progress to leadership.
• Review and validate contractor pay requests and change requests when time impacts are involved.
