Job summary

Haskell seeks a Scheduling System and Process Technical Lead to oversee planning and scheduling operations for large, complex projects across markets. You will manage schedules from concept to 90% design, ensuring data integrity and effective communication with project teams and clients.

As a senior specialist, you will mentor Scheduler I and II, lead risk mitigation, Time Impact Analysis, and Basis of Schedule reporting, while driving continuous improvement and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in engineering or construction management is required.
• Eight years of scheduling or construction management experience, with minimum 4 years directly related to scheduling, or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Strong experience with scheduling tools, cost loading, and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate full competency in scheduling tools and best practices.
• Manage scheduling and planning efforts across project development and execution.
• Lead and communicate schedule impacts to project teams and leadership.
• Develop training in scheduling practices and mentor junior schedulers.
• Produce tailored schedule reporting to meet project needs and track health and progress.
