Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Scheduler & Sr. Scheduler in Phoenix, Arizona, to oversee project scheduling activities in commercial construction. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of relevant experience, particularly in managing large $20M+ projects, and a strong knowledge of Primavera 6. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining schedules, ensuring project delivery, and managing updates from vendors. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of previous industrial or commercial construction experience is required.
• Experience working on $20M+ commercial projects.
• Scheduler experience: 5 years; Senior Scheduler: at least 7 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project scheduling activities for assigned projects.
• Create schedules based on understanding of schedule development and construction industry.
• Produce conceptual schedules with little input from the project team.
• Maintain a database of probable schedule durations.
• Develop project schedule layouts in conjunction with the project team.
• Review and critique Vendor and Subcontractor monthly updates.
• Support ongoing projects by identifying improvement opportunities.
