Job summary

Hourigan Construction in Richmond, VA is seeking a Scheduler to support project life cycles from pursuit through turnover. The role collaborates across project stakeholders to develop comprehensive schedules and ensure alignment with Hourigan policies.

You will maintain baselines and narratives, assist in pursuit schedules, perform weekly and monthly updates, and generate reports that help leaders make schedule-related decisions while upholding safety standards and quality.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of scheduling experience on GC projects preferred.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and construction means/methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain baselines and narratives with project teams.
• Generate reports, review progress, and analyze variances.
• Coordinate schedule input from internal and external sources for an integrated plan.
• Assist pursuit schedules and monthly schedule updates with narratives.
