Hourigan is seeking a Scheduler to join our team in Richmond, VA. You will develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, collaborating across stakeholders to produce integrated plans from pursuit to turnover.
Required BS in Construction Management or related field and 2–5 years of similar GC scheduling experience. Proficiency with P6, Phoenix, Textura, Procore, and Bluebeam is preferred; some travel may be required. Hourigan offers a competitive benefits package.

We have an opening for a Scheduler to join our team. The Scheduler is responsible for assisting in developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans and schedules throughout the project life cycle (project pursuit through turnover) for each of the projects that they are assigned to, by collaborating across all of the project stakeholders. The Scheduler also assists project teams to help ensure the project schedules are maintained in accordance with Hourigan Schedule Policies and good scheduling practices. This is a full-time exempt position and will report to the Corporate Scheduling Executive.
