Job summary

Hourigan Group seeks a Scheduler to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans across the life cycle. You will collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure schedules align with Hourigan Schedule Policies and best practices.

Ideal candidates have a BS in construction-related field and 2–5 years of scheduling experience, with proficiency in P6/Phoenix, Textura, Procore, and Bluebeam. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of scheduling experience on similar GC projects.
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or Phoenix, Textura, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules throughout the project life cycle.
• Assist Pursuit Team in developing Proposal Schedules.
• Create Baseline Schedules and Narratives with the Project Team.
• Coordinate schedule input from internal and external sources for a fully integrated plan.
• Generate reports, review progress, and analyze variances; develop workarounds as needed.
• Communicate scheduling issues and impacts to project leadership.
