Job summary

Hourigan is seeking a Scheduler to join our team in Richmond, VA. You will develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, collaborating across stakeholders to produce integrated plans from pursuit to turnover.

Required BS in Construction Management or related field and 2–5 years of similar GC scheduling experience. Proficiency with P6, Phoenix, Textura, Procore, and Bluebeam is preferred; some travel may be required. Hourigan offers a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related field (equivalent combo accepted).
• 2–5 years of scheduling experience on similar GC projects.
• Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.
• Experience with P6, Phoenix, Textura, Procore and Bluebeam preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to interact across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules throughout the project life cycle.
• Coordinate schedule input from internal and external sources for an integrated plan.
• Generate and review weekly/monthly schedule updates with narratives.
• Support leadership in schedule-related decisions and risk analysis.
• Ensure adherence to Hourigan scheduling policies and best practices.
