Ideal candidates have 10+ years in scheduling for major projects ($150M+), strong CPM and earned value experience, proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project, and PMWEB, and a track record of mitigating schedule risks.

Formación

• 10+ years scheduling experience in large-scale construction projects.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and baseline/monthly schedule reviews.
• Knowledge of earned value performance measurement and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Review Baseline Construction Schedule for conformance and WBS coding.
• Coordinate constructability review and identify conflicts or issues.
• Review Monthly Schedule updates and assess logic changes and critical path.
• Maintain an owner shadow schedule using diverse data sources.
• Provide Time Impact Analysis (TIA) responses and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed progress reporting and reporting tools for management.
