Job summary

Infinite Consulting Corp. in New York, NY is seeking a full-time Project Scheduler to join our team and manage schedules for complex NYC projects.

You will develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 5+ years in project controls/scheduling, OSHA 30 (can be obtained upon hire), and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls/scheduling.
• OSHA 30 required (can be obtained on hire).
• Experience on complex, high-value NYC projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, considering all project elements and timelines.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and constraints.
• Utilize scheduling software to create detailed project timelines, incorporating milestones, tasks, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks, proposing solutions to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.
• Communicate schedule changes, updates, and potential impacts to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Analyze project schedules to optimize resource utilization, minimize downtime, and enhance overall project efficiency.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review schedules, discuss progress, and address any scheduling concerns.
• Prepare and present reports on project schedule performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
