Job summary

Cornerstone Concilium, Inc. is seeking a Project Scheduler with construction experience to join our team in New York City. The Project Scheduler will develop and manage construction schedules and collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time completion.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field, 5 years of scheduling experience, and knowledge of scheduling software. PMP/ PSP certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Scheduler in the construction industry.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain construction project schedules aligning with requirements and deadlines.
• Monitor and track progress, adjusting as necessary to stay on schedule.
• Coordinate resources and schedules with construction teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or risks and work with the team to mitigate them.
• Communicate updates on timelines and milestones with stakeholders.
• Assist in developing risk management strategies for projects.
• Implement process improvements to optimize scheduling efficiency.
