Job summary

The role develops, analyzes, and maintains complex project schedules, ensures contractor schedules meet contractual requirements, and conducts time impact analyses and cost loading to support project delivery. Responsibilities include reviewing schedules, evaluating change orders for schedule and budget impact, preparing progress reports, and communicating findings to management.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office applications (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling theories/practices.
• Experience with time impact analysis and construction claims/change orders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of project schedules based on defined execution philosophies.
• Perform contractor schedule reviews for conformance and quality.
• Evaluate contract change orders and amendments for schedule and budget impact.
• Perform time impact analyses of schedule delays and potential claims.
• Participate in change order negotiations and reviews.
• Conduct Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
• Review and report contractor progress and recovery schedules.
