Job summary

Cordoba Corporation is seeking an Aviation Project Scheduler in Los Angeles to oversee contractor schedules throughout the project lifecycle. You will verify WBS, sequencing, critical path, logic ties, and resource loading while coordinating with contractors to resolve schedule issues.

The role includes maintaining an owner shadow schedule, reviewing TIAs, monitoring milestones, and providing written evaluations with recommendations to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 10+ years scheduling experience with 5+ years on active construction projects.
• Experience scheduling large-scale, multimillion-dollar projects ($300M–$1B).
• Knowledge of Project Management principles and CPM scheduling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Review Baseline Construction Schedule for conformance with Plans/Specifications and include full WBS, sequencing, and resource loading.
• Perform constructability reviews and identify missing activities or conflicts.
• Maintain owner shadow schedule and monitor progress against milestones.
• Review TIAs and provide written responses and mitigation recommendations.
• Attend weekly meetings and track Look Ahead schedules for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Contractors and provide comments/resolutions on scheduling deficiencies.
