Job summary

MGAC, Buffalo, WV, seeks a mid to senior Construction Project Manager to lead demanding data center and hospital projects. Requires 3+ years in construction project management and a construction-related degree.

You will oversee scope, schedule, and budget, mentor teams, and coordinate with owners, A&E professionals, contractors, and vendors. Onsite presence is 4–5 days/week with focus on high-quality, on-time results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience with critical environments construction (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage full scope of projects and components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams; manage schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
