Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead multi‑hundred‑million data center builds.

You will oversee safety, schedule, scope, budget, and quality while coordinating with clients, operations, finance, and internal teams. This role requires leading teams, managing contractors and vendors, and ensuring documentation controls, risk mitigation, and change management, and driving strategic sourcing and on‑site leadership to deliver premier

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management, planning, construction management and data centers.
• Proven leadership with Owners, Architects, Contractors and internal stakeholders.
• In-depth contracts knowledge incl. lump sum, GMP, hard bid, negotiated, design-build and EVM.
• Experience with P6 critical path scheduling, cost control, budgeting and VE for data center delivery.
• Familiarity with development design and construction—site work, core/shell, mechanical/electrical, utilities, finishes.
• Ability to work in an international team and interact with C-Suite.
• Strong executive presence and ability to convey complex concepts to non-construction audiences.
• Highly organized, analytical, and communicative with strong problem-solving.
• Capable of managing stress and fast pace in project environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead major capital construction projects of $100m+ and ensure safety, schedule, scope, budget and quality.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, operations, finance and leadership to meet project objectives.
• Direct teams through all project phases: scoping, resource planning, estimates, milestones, quality control and risk mitigation.
• Oversee GC, contractors, testing agencies, project controls and MEP teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with Design Managers to harmonize Architecture/Engineering activities for timely execution.
• Integrate SMEs and stakeholders to create a master development program for sites.
• Support design environmental, entitlement and permitting requirements.
• Provide guidance on project delivery, meetings and documentation to keep clients informed.
• Develop strategic sourcing plans for GC/subs and vendors; manage contracts as needed.
• Facilitate project meetings and governance; ensure data integrity and timely documentation.
• Generate status/variance reports; implement action plans and change management; document changes.
