Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Data Center Construction Scheduler to support planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale data center projects in the United States. You will ensure phases are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with budgets.

Responsibilities include developing and updating detailed schedules, coordinating with contractors and project managers, integrating procurement timelines, and producing look-aheads and critical path analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in construction scheduling, with ≥2 years on data center or mission-critical projects.
• Experience with BIM, Procore, or similar CM tools.
• Scheduling certification (e.g., PMI-SP, AACE PSP) is a plus.
• Competitive salary range: $100k–$135k, dependent upon experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and update detailed construction schedules.
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and project managers.
• Integrate procurement and permitting timelines into the master project schedule.
• Analyze schedule impacts due to design changes, field conditions, or delays; propose mitigations.
• Generate and distribute schedule reports: look-aheads, critical path analyses, schedule risk assessments.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings and coordinate across stakeholders to align milestones.
• Monitor progress and flag schedule risks, bottlenecks, or delays.
• Support earned value analysis, productivity tracking, and reporting requirements.
• Participate in project closeout with final schedules and lessons learned.
