STV is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support a major transportation infrastructure program in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area. This client-facing role requires a detail-oriented scheduling professional who can develop, analyze, and maintain complex construction and program schedules and clearly communicate schedule status to project leadership and the client.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressively responsible experience in construction or program scheduling.
• Advanced proficiency in CPM scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6).
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate complex schedule data for leadership and clients.

Responsabilités

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed construction and program-level schedules using CPM scheduling software.
• Perform schedule analysis, including critical path review, schedule risk assessment, and identification of delays, float erosion, and potential impacts to milestones.
• Support construction time determinations, baseline schedule development, and schedule change evaluations.
• Prepare and maintain master program schedules that integrate multiple projects and work streams.
• Review and validate contractor-submitted schedules and schedule updates for accuracy, logic, and completeness.
• Analyze schedule variances and prepare narratives and reports explaining status, trends, and risks to leadership.
• Coordinate with cost, risk, and document control to ensure schedule data is integrated with broader project controls reporting.
• Support claims avoidance by identifying schedule impacts, delays, and basis for extensions as they arise.
• Assist in developing scheduling standards, templates, and best practices across the program.
• Communicate schedule information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including client representatives.
