Job summary

STV Incorporated in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our Project Controls team. You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules for vertical construction, identify risks, and collaborate with project managers and contractors to keep programs on track.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of scheduling experience, proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and strong CPM analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of scheduling experience for vertical construction projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in critical path method (CPM) scheduling techniques.
• Effective communication skills to present schedule data to project teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard scheduling software.
• Perform schedule analysis to identify risks, delays, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, milestones, and critical paths.
• Analyze impacts of schedule changes and recommend mitigation strategies
