Qualifications

• B.S in Construction Management or Engineering with 10+ years of construction experience.
• Experience with a general contractor managing projects or programs.
• Ability to manage project and personnel simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management.
• Computer skills, Project Management, Scheduling, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop plan and direct overall activities to achieve construction objectives.
• Responsible for budgeting, production planning and staffing.
• Plan, organize and staff office and field positions.
• Overall supervisory responsibility for project teams and administrative staff.
• Ensure projects are on schedule and meet owner expectations.
• Monitor and improve department procedures and reporting.
