Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Advanced Primavera scheduling experience and cost engineering knowledge are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of project schedules based on defined execution philosophies.
• Perform contractor schedule reviews for contract conformance and QA.
• Evaluate contract change orders and amendments for budget and schedule impact.
• Perform time impact analysis of schedule delays and potential claims.
• Participate in change order negotiations.
• Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
• Identify schedule problems and propose corrective actions.
