Job summary

Element Consulting, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Project Scheduler to lead the development and review of complex project schedules for large construction programs.

The role requires coordinating with multiple stakeholders, conducting time impact analyses, and evaluating change orders for schedule and budget impacts. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in scheduling, strong knowledge of Primavera and MS Office, and proven ability to communicate findings clearly to management.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera and MS Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling theories.
• Experience with time impact analysis and claims.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of project schedules based on defined execution philosophies.
• Perform contractor schedule reviews for conformance and QA.
• Evaluate change orders for budget and schedule impact.
• Conduct time impact analysis of delays and potential claims.
• Participate in change order negotiations.
• Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
• Identify schedule problems and propose corrective actions.
• Conduct site visits for progress reporting.
• Review contractor progress and present findings to management.
• Review and evaluate recovery schedules and cash flow projections.
• Understand and apply Build LACCD contracts, policies, procedures.
