Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field; substitution allowed.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling theories.
• Experience with time impact analysis and construction claims/change orders.
• Flexibility to work at multiple sites based on schedule and duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation of project schedules based on defined execution philosophies.
• Perform contractor schedule reviews for conformance and QA.
• Evaluate contract change orders and amendments for budget/schedule impact.
• Perform time impact analyses of schedule delays and potential claims.
• Participate in change order negotiations and recovery schedules.
• Conduct Critical Path and Earned Value analyses.
• Present findings to management for decision making.
• Review contractor progress and prepare narrative reports.
