Triangle DeCon Services Inc. is seeking a Scheduler IV to support Los Angeles College District construction programs. This permanent, full-time role develops and manages project schedules, reviews progress, performs critical path analyses, and prepares cash flow projections.
Candidates must have at least 10 years scheduling experience on large projects, advanced Primavera skills, and strong cost engineering knowledge. Excellent analytical and communication abilities are essential.

This role is responsible for developing and managing project schedules, reviewing contractor progress, performing critical path and time impact analyses, evaluating change orders and delays, and preparing cost analyses and cash flow projections. Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years of construction scheduling experience, advanced proficiency in Primavera scheduling software, and strong knowledge of project controls, cost engineering, and construction claims. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
