Job summary

Triangle DeCon Services Inc. is seeking a Scheduler IV to support Los Angeles College District construction programs. This permanent, full-time role develops and manages project schedules, reviews progress, performs critical path analyses, and prepares cash flow projections.

Candidates must have at least 10 years scheduling experience on large projects, advanced Primavera skills, and strong cost engineering knowledge. Excellent analytical and communication abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling.
• Experience with time impact analysis and construction claims/change orders.
• Ability to work across multiple sites with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules for construction programs.
• Review contractor progress and perform critical path analyses.
• Evaluate change orders, delays, and prepare cash flow projections.
• Coordinate time impact analyses and cost analyses for capital projects.
• Communicate findings to management and participate in schedule recovery.
