Job summary

Modular Mission Critical, a manufacturing campus for M.C. Dean’s complex modular products, seeks a Safety Professional to oversee site safety, health, and risk management for projects near Richmond, VA.

You will develop site safety plans, lead ORM activities, and coordinate with project teams, customers, and contractors. Ideal candidates have 8+ years of S&H experience, relevant degrees/certifications, OSHA/ANSI knowledge, and strong training and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with a high school diploma.
• 6+ years with an Associates Degree.
• 2+ years with a Bachelors Degree.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience conducting S&H training, Regulatory compliance expert/1910, 1926, EM-385 1-1 Safety Management Systems knowledge, skill and experience ANSI-Z10, OHSAS 18001, ISO 3100
• Understanding of culture and culture building skills Trainer Designation - OSHA 500/502 - Safety and Health / Occupational Safety degree from an ABET accredited program
• Willingness to pursue Associate Safety Professional (ASP), CSP, CHST
• Previous electrical / construction / industrial /federal and commercial S&H experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee Construction Project Safety, Health, and Risk Management programs.
• Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and training.
• Lead ORM team and coordinate with GC/owner on mitigation plans.
• Conduct incident reporting and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and related standards.
